We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join the team!
As Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Registered Manager in leading a dedicated team to provide high-quality, person-centred care for adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions.
What you’ll be Doing
- Supporting day-to-day operations and care delivery
- Supervising and mentoring staff
- Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and internal policies
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, and professionals
- Promoting a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment
What You’ll Need
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 5)
- Experience in a senior care role, ideally in supported living or residential care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A proactive, person-centred approach
- A genuine passion for improving lives

Pay: £27,040.00-£29,120.00 per year
