This role offers variety, responsibility, and real scope to shape your future in a supportive environment. It's a full-time, permanent position – but the firm is open to flexibility around caring responsibilities or work-life balance.
Salary is competitive dependent on experience/qualifications. Higher salaries can be discussed.
Duties:
- Manage your own portfolio of personal tax and CGT clients
- Prepare and review returns across a mix of individuals, businesses, and trusts
- Support junior team members with work planning, mentoring, and reviews
- Contribute to client advisory projects, including inheritance tax and P11D matters
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and act as a key point of contact
- Liaise with HMRC where required
- Work closely with partners and the wider team on planning and compliance
What we're looking for:
We're seeking someone with strong relevant experience in a UK accountancy practice, good technical skills, and a natural flair for both clients and colleagues alike.
