If you are an experienced Care Manager, Care Coordinator, Deputy Manager or Care Professional and you are looking for an exciting new role, Rigby's have one for you!
We are looking for a Care Manager to join a homecare branch in Dartford, covering Kent regions. The branch consists of an office team of coordinators, supervisors, a Registered Ops Manager and a Business Owner.
The Brand is well known- and you will play a key part of working with the Registered Manager to maintain fantastic standards. You will receive Branch and National Level support, a model that works, mentoring and a chance to grow your own team that will make a massive difference to people needing care in their own homes.
This is a Monday to Friday opportunity role, and once in post you will support the RM, go out and sometimes do assessments, staff management, help recruit carers, and overall contribute to the growth and prestige of the current branch.
Most importantly, this has to be a best possible person fit, so we are ultimately looking for someone hungry to grow both the branch and their own personal portfolio. A large amount of trust will be placed on the successful candidate, and in return you will be trusted to work hard to grow the branch with good support.
This is part of a fantastic and successful national brand, that value the clients, caregivers and staff equally.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the Registered Manager and undertake management of day to day office team and carers
- Regularly Liaise with Branch Owner and Registered Manager.
- Adhere to CQC regulations at all times, ensuring client candidate data is processed fairly, accurately.
