Morson Edge is recruiting B1.3 Licensed Aircraft Engineers to support rotary base maintenance operations at Gloucestershire Airport.
This is an opportunity to join a highly experienced maintenance environment supporting the H135 T Series and H145 D2/D3 fleet, with approximately 22 aircraft onsite. The operation is established, well-structured, and designed around long-term capability rather than short-term demand.

You will carry out base maintenance activities within a regulated rotary aviation environment, supporting aircraft safety, serviceability, and operational readiness across the fleet.
- Carry out base maintenance activities on H135 and H145 aircraft

Perform inspections, repairs, modifications, and fault rectification

Certify maintenance activities in line with regulatory and company procedures

Work from approved maintenance data and technical documentation

Support fault diagnosis and troubleshooting across aircraft systems

Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

Ensure all work is completed safely, compliantly, and efficiently

Support aircraft availability and operational delivery targets
- B1.3 Licensed Aircraft Engineer background

Experience within rotary or fixed-wing maintenance environments

Military aviation backgrounds considered

Candidates with the majority of CAA modules completed also welcomed

Strong understanding of maintenance procedures and regulatory standards
