Key Responsibilities
- Plant Health: Monitor the health of all plants and greens; watering and feeding as required.
- Lawn Care: Mowing, fertilising, and maintaining edges to a high standard.
- Topiary & Pruning: Trimming trees, shrubs, and hedges with precision.
- General Maintenance: Weeding gardens and ensuring all walkways and green spaces are clear of debris and litter.
- Equipment: Safe use and basic maintenance of mowers, trimmers, and other petrol/electric tools.
What We Are Looking For
- Reliability: You must be a hardworking individual who is self-motivated and can work independently.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to remember and follow specific requirements for each individual garden.
- Locality: Ideally based in the Ware area for easy access to our client base.
- Professionalism: A polite manner when interacting with domestic clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in domestic garden maintenance.
- This position is on Self-employed base.

Pay: £31,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
