We're growing our Leeds team and are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors who enjoy helping customers, building relationships and delivering a positive experience from the very first conversation.
No previous experience? No problem. If you've worked in retail, hospitality, customer service or you're simply someone with great people skills and a positive attitude, we'll provide the training to help you succeed.
What you'll be doing
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our clients, speaking with customers, understanding their needs and providing outstanding service throughout every interaction.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Delivering excellent customer service in every conversation
- Building rapport and creating positive customer experiences
- Answering customer questions and providing accurate information
- Recommending products and services that genuinely suit customer needs
- Working towards individual and team performance targets
- Representing well-known brands professionally
- Learning new skills through ongoing coaching and development
This is a customer-facing role with a sales focus, so confidence, communication and a willingness to learn are key.
