We are an independent, family-run “two-in-one” concept preparing to launch an exciting, brand-new soft play and café venue.
Our unique setup is centred around a clever dual-sided servery.
On one side, we offer a fantastic Beaufort Safari soft play area designed for children up to the age of 8, a fun, safe, and engaging environment where little ones can play while parents relax with peace of mind.
On the other side, we have created Beaufort café, a relaxed and sophisticated lounge space, offering a calm, welcoming environment for adults, families, and the wider community to enjoy.
Our vision is to build a space that truly brings people together, where everyone feels welcome and catered for. We aim to create a strong community hub where families return time and time again.

We are seeking a driven, hands-on Manager who wants more than just a job, someone excited by the challenge of building a business from the ground up, taking real ownership, and growing with us for the long term.
Key ResponsibilitiesLaunch & Business Growth
- Drive footfall, bookings, and repeat customers
- Continuously look for ways to grow sales and improve the business
- Take full ownership and responsibility for performance
Customer Experience & Standards
- Deliver an exceptional, family-friendly experience from opening day
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service
- Handle customer feedback and create a loyal customer base
- Build a reputation that drives word-of-mouth recommendations
Marketing & Online Presence
- Manage social media accounts
- Create content and promote the launch, events, and offers
- Build local awareness and community engagement
- Drive bookings for parties and events
Reviews & Reputation Management
- Build and maintain a strong online reputation from scratch
- Actively encourage customer reviews
- Respond to all reviews professionally and promptly
- Maintain a high rating (target 4.5★+)
Team Recruitment & Leadership
- Recruit, train, and build a strong team
- Create rotas and ensure effective staffing levels
- Lead by example with a hands-on approach
- Create a positive, motivated team culture
Food Safety, Allergen Compliance & Training
- Set up and maintain full compliance with food hygiene and allergen regulations
- Complete and maintain up-to-date training
- Train all staff on allergen awareness, food safety, and procedures
- Ensure accurate allergen information is always available to customers
- Monitor and enforce high standards across the team
Health & Safety
- Ensure all safety and safeguarding standards are in place before opening
- Conduct regular checks and risk assessments
- Maintain a safe environment for children and families
Café & Operations
- Oversee café setup, food service, and daily operations
- Manage stock, suppliers, and cost control
- Ensure strong organisation and smooth day-to-day running
- Handle opening, closing, and cash management
Events & Parties
- Set up party packages and booking processes
- Drive party bookings and maximise revenue
- Ensure excellent delivery of all events
Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
