A secondary school in Wisbech is welcoming a Biology graduate to join the team from September 2026.
This opportunity is ideal for graduates considering a future in Science teaching and wanting genuine school experience before beginning teacher training.
The Opportunity
You will work within secondary Science departments supporting pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4 while learning from experienced teachers and school leaders.
Your role may include:
- Supporting pupils in Science lessons
- Delivering Biology-focused interventions
- Working 1:1 with pupils needing additional support
- Helping pupils build confidence in Science
- Supporting practical learning and investigations
- Reinforcing classroom learning and engagement
- Supporting revision and exam preparation
- Encouraging curiosity and participation within lessons
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop classroom confidence while gaining exposure to high-quality secondary school environments.
Who This Role Would Suit
This role is ideal for graduates with degrees in:
- Biology
- Biomedical Science
- Natural Sciences
- Zoology
- Human Biology
- Biochemistry
- Environmental Science
- Sports Science or related subjects
You do not need previous school experience.
