My client are seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to manage the sales process, ensuring all sales progress efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in conveyancing or sales progression. Offering a starting salary of £30,000 and overall OTE of £40,000, genuine career progression opportunities and great benefits.

The Role:
· Managing the sales process from agreed sale through to completion
· Communicating with all parties involved – sellers, buyers, solicitors etc
· Chasing documents needed to ensure a smooth sale
· Ensuring compliance procedures are followed
· Providing an excellent customer service
· Using the case management systems and uploading documents
· The role also includes opportunities to bring on new properties
Skills and Attributes:
· Experience within conveyancing or sales progression - this could be as a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal
· Proactive and highly organised
· Experience preparing completion statements and legal packs/legal documents
· Confident communicator
