Salary: £12.61 per hour
Hours: Full Time – Waking Night Shifts
We are a caring and supportive residential care provider committed to delivering high quality, person centred support to individuals in a safe and nurturing environment. We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Waking Night Support Worker to join our dedicated team.
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of the people we support throughout the night. You will remain awake and alert for the duration of your shift, providing reassurance, monitoring needs, and responding promptly to any concerns.
- Providing high quality care and support during night hours
- Ensuring the safety and security of the home
- Supporting individuals with personal care where required
- Conducting regular welfare checks and completing accurate records
- Responding calmly and effectively to emergencies
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful
- Reliable and able to work independently during night shifts
- Previous experience in residential care or support work is desirable
- Good communication and record keeping skills
- Relevant qualifications (or willingness to work towards them)
