The role of a Customer Service Advisor at the CBRE Helpdesk consists of answering incoming calls, making outbound calls, raising jobs, dispatching jobs, dealing with emails and general queries in regard to facility managing the BT Estate. Hours of employment are 37.5 hours a week, Monday-Sunday on a rolling rota, the rota consists of the following 5 day shift patterns 8:00-16:00, 09:00-17:00 & 11:30-19:30. The successful candidates will be required to work one weekend in six between the hours of 07:15-19:15. Holiday allocation will be 25 days per annum, depending on start date. Customer Service experience is preferred however, this is not essential as training will be provided, Microsoft & Outlook experience would be beneficial however, not essential.
Pay: £27,473.38 per year
