We are looking for an Office Administrator who is a self-starter, good communicator and has a solid understanding of the software used in our office. A successful candidate can anticipate and meet the needs of multiple teams.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with customer calls and emails
- Liaising with hauliers to ensure deliveries/collections are on time
- Communicating with customers regarding delivery/collection requirements
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Good attention to detail
- Customer focused attitude with excellent telephone etiquette
- Requesting and filing of PODs
- General day to day office/transport duties
