We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team. Duties
- Lead and supervise the kitchen team, providing clear guidance and support to ensure efficient operations

- Develop and innovate menu offerings in collaboration with management, incorporating seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all kitchen areas
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to optimise profitability
- Train staff on food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and serving procedures
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and operated safely
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages professional development and teamwork
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience within a busy restaurant or hospitality setting
- Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in food preparation and cooking techniques
- Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene management
- Experience in food production, menu development, and kitchen organisation
- Knowledge of hospitality operations including serving standards and customer service excellence
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous restaurant experience is essential; hospitality qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory
