We’re a lively brunch spot in the heart of Shoreditch, serving great food, great coffee, and even better vibes. We’re on the lookout for friendly, energetic people to join our front-of-house team and help us make every guest’s day a little brighter.
What you’ll be doing (aka your daily vibe):
- Welcoming guests like they’re old friends (big smiles encouraged)
- Sharing our menu with confidence and a bit of flair
- Taking orders accurately while keeping things light, fast, and fun
- Serving food and drinks with style and good energy
- Recommending dishes, specials, and those “you have to try this” moments
- Keeping tables turning smoothly and the space looking fresh
- Handling guest questions and requests with charm and patience
- Working closely with the kitchen so everything flows like a well-made flat white
- Helping set up for service and wrapping up after a busy brunch rush
What we’re looking for:
- Experience is great, but not essential — we can teach skills, not personality
- A genuine love for hospitality and making people feel welcome
- Ability to stay cool and upbeat when it gets busy (because brunch will get busy)
- Basic maths for handling bills without breaking a sweat
- Confidence to upsell specials without sounding like a robot
- Team spirit, good vibes, and a “let’s get it done” attitude
