About the Role
As our General Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the bar, ensuring outstanding customer service, driving sales, and creating a positive, high-performing team culture. You'll lead by example, maintaining high standards while delivering a memorable experience for every guest.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a manager in hospitality.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- A confident and inspiring leader with excellent team-building and people management abilities.
- Target-driven with a strong commercial focus and the ability to maximise sales and profitability.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience managing stock, rotas, ordering, and cost control.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively.
- Personal Licence required.
- Relevant hospitality qualifications are desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the bar team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every guest has a great experience.
- Drive sales, achieve business targets, and identify opportunities to grow revenue.
- Recruit, train, and coach team members.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and minimise wastage.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Create a welcoming, positive, and professional working environment.
- Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives.
