Main Responsibility Areas
1. Client Support & Resettlement
- Prepare clients before release from prison
- Help them transition into the community (housing, routine, independence)
- Support wellbeing, behaviour, and personal development
2. Programme Delivery
- Help run:
- Group sessions
- Rehabilitation programmes
- One-to-one key work
- Focus on building skills for positive life changes
3. Risk Management & Safeguarding
- Monitor risks related to:
- Harm to others
- Reoffending
- Report changes and share information with professionals
- Contribute to risk assessments and plans
4. Compliance & Behaviour Management
- Ensure clients follow:
- Licence conditions
- House rules (IAP – Individual Action Plan)
- Challenge anti-social behaviour
- Reinforce positive (pro-social) behaviour
5. Multi-Agency Working
- Work closely with:
- Probation (Offender Managers)
- Police (PPU)
- Other support services
- Share updates and coordinate care
6. Administration & Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate records using systems linked to the Ministry of Justice
- Update:
- Risk plans
- Client progress
- Follow data protection and confidentiality rules
7. Daily Operations & Front-of-House Duties
- Manage entry/exit of:
- Clients
- Staff
- Visitors
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment
8. Health, Safety & Wellbeing
- Conduct:
- Drug and alcohol testing
- Room searches
- Manage medication procedures
- Respond to emergencies (including administering Naloxone)
- Support clients at risk of self-harm or suicide
9. Safeguarding Responsibilities
- Protect vulnerable adults
- Follow legal safeguarding duties and procedures

Experience:
