Job Summary
Bullough's cleaning services are looking for a Cleaning operative to join our team in the Peterlee area, St Bede's & Byron catholic school.
The position is for 12.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday 3:20-5:50pm, working in school holidays is required, as part of a 52 week contract, with 28 days annual leave per year (including 8 days bank holidays) school holiday working hours will differ from term time hours due to accessibility.
The rate of pay is £12.85ph which is paid weekly into your bank each Friday. Cleaning experience would be beneficial, however full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate. Right to work documentation (birth certificate & or Passport, share code and 2 other forms of ID will be required and checked in every case. If successful an enhanced DBS would be required which will be applied and paid for by the company.

- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used correctly and maintained in good condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and schedules to ensure efficient operations.
