About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Chef. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in professional kitchens and is passionate about delivering high quality food across our different businesses. We are looking for a chef who can work collaboratively with the rest of the team to help design menus to delight guests across our different outlets; whether for a golfer returning off the course, a private guest at Cowdray House or for a Wedding.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Delivering functions for 50+ guests
- Proficient in managing Food Hygiene and Safety including allergens
- Previous team management experience would be beneficial
This role will work across different areas of the business as required including but not limited to:
- Cowdray Golf Club
- The Walled Garden
- Cowdray House
- The Yellow Kitchen Catering
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £35,000.00 per year
