Material Controller
We have an excellent opportunity for a Material Controller to join our well-established Fabrication company based on the Wirral.
Job Type: Full-time
Basic Salary £18 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
An experienced material coordinator, methodical in their approach to inventory control with good IT skills to ensure stock management. You will be:
- Receive, verify, and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
- Implement day to day stock control system
- Booking out of welding consumables/PPE to employees.
- Maintaining tidy and efficient stores.
- Loading/unloading of lorries using forklift/overhead crane (training given).
- Prepare goods for dispatch.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
The successful person will be trustworthy, respectful and methodical. You will have:
· FLT certificate (preferred).
· Good understanding of H&S in the workplace
· Good IT skills, eager to create and implement a new system
Pay: £18.00 per hour
