We place SEN Teachers across a variety of specialist settings including ASD, SEMH, complex needs, MLD, and PMLD provisions. Whether you're looking for day-to-day cover, a long-term placement, or a permanent role, we have opportunities that suit your experience and ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils' individual needs
- Develop and implement Education and Health Care Plans (EHCPs)
- Work collaboratively with TAs, SENCOs, and specialist staff
- Track and report on pupil progress using appropriate assessment tools
- Contribute to a nurturing, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
- Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies as required
What We're Looking For
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – essential
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN
- Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice
- Passion for inclusive education and a pupil-centred approach
- Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
