Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Valeter to provide professional vehicle cleaning and valeting services at various locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are presented to the highest standards, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment. This role offers an opportunity to work flexibly across different sites, with a focus on attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning, polishing, and valeting of vehicles on-site at customer locations or designated sites.
- Ensure all vehicles are cleaned to company standards, including interior vacuuming, window cleaning, tyre shining, and exterior washing.
- Maintain high levels of customer service by engaging professionally with clients and addressing any specific requirements.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned jobs within scheduled timeframes.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of equipment and supplies used during valeting tasks.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
Experience
- Previous vehicle valeting experience only
- Driving experience is essential; candidates must hold a valid driving licence and be comfortable driving various types of vehicles.
- Customer service skills are highly desirable, with an emphasis on professionalism and attention to detail.
