The Package

Salary: up to £45,000 Base + £5,000 tronc

Tronc/Tips: £5,000 per year

Work-Life Balance: 2.5 days off per week & reasonable finish times.

Team: Work with an 8-chef brigade in a supportive environment.

Development: Gain skills in GP, budgeting, and kitchen management.
The Role

Lead and inspire the kitchen team alongside the Head Chef.

Run kitchen sections and ensure high food/service standards.

Mentor and train Junior Chefs.

Manage ordering, stock control, and GP awareness.

Uphold health & safety standards.

Act as 'Head Chef' in their absence.

Assist in menu development and seasonal specials
