Job Overview
West Group Technical Services is looking for experienced Commercial Electricians to join our growing team. We specialise in commercial electrical installations within retail environments, including supermarkets, where a high standard of workmanship and the ability to work efficiently alongside other trades are essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for motivated electricians looking for long-term work across Scotland.
Salary
- £41,000 – £65,000 per year (depending on experience and employment status)
- Higher rates available for self-employed electricians.
Location
Various sites across Scotland.
Working Hours
- Sunday to Thursday
- Typically 10:00 pm starts (night shifts)
- Working hours may vary depending on project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Carry out commercial electrical installations to a high standard.
- Work within occupied retail environments, including supermarkets.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining excellent quality.
- Work safely and effectively alongside other trades on site.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience in commercial electrical installations.
- Valid ECS Gold Card.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
