We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team. We are a landscaping supplies company selling mainly online, and this role is to help with the day-to-day running of the office.
The job is varied but straightforward and includes answering customer calls and emails, entering information onto our systems, using Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks, and helping to keep the office organised. There may also be the occasional light cleaning, such as wiping desks or keeping the office tidy.
Main Duties
- Answering telephone calls and customer emails
- Entering and updating information accurately
- Using Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks
- Preparing invoices and other documents
- General office administration and filing
- Keeping records organised and up to date
- Providing friendly customer service
- Helping to keep the office clean and tidy
What We're Looking For
- Good computer skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Ability to speak Polish is beneficial.
- Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel (QuickBooks experience is an advantage but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and by email
- Organised, reliable and able to manage your workload
- Good attention to detail
- Previous office or administration experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided
