Previous housing administration experience, specifically in the supported accommodation sector is highly preferred.
Job Description
Your tasks will include, but not be limited to:
- Housing Benefit Claim Queries
- Remittance Evaluation
- Housing Benefit Calls
- Updating Spreadsheets Daily
- Cross referencing support worker information received
- Photocopying
- Scanning
- Data Input
- Data Analysis
- Filing
- Risk Assessments
- Day to Day Email and Telephone Correspondence
- Liaising with External Agencies
- Liaising with Management and Support Staff
The suitable candidate will:
- Have Excellent Communication Skills
- Have Strong Verbal and Written English
- Have Strong Organisational Skills
- Be Proficient in the use Of Excel, Word and other IT Applications
- Have Excellent Time Management Skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Have Strong Administrative Skills
- Have Experience in working within the Housing Sector or with Vulnerable Adults
- Show Initiative and Enthusiasm
- Have Good Attendance and Punctuality
Excellent Incentives and Bonuses Available.
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
