Working in our Restaurant you will report to the Coffee Shop manager and Head Chef. You will need to have had experience working in a kitchen environment and be a competent cook along with having the ability to make cakes, scones and tray bakes.
The biggest selling point with this role is that we offer day shift working with the earliest start being 8am and the latest finish being 5pm, shift dependent. You will also be required to work at least 1 day at the weekend. NO EARLY MORNINGS OR LATE NIGHTS OR SPLIT SHIFTS!!
Your input will be required for menu development and your cooking skills will be tested to maximize productivity and raw ingredient yields whilst keeping waste to a minimum.
The working environment is fast paced and you will need to be a team player working front of house when required
