The Role
Radnor Park Kindergarten is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our warm, friendly, and supportive team.

Responsibilities
- Provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for all children within the setting.
- Create a positive, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can play, learn, and thrive.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support daily routines and contribute to the smooth running of the nursery.
- Build and maintain strong, professional partnerships with parents and carers to support each child’s individual needs.
- Observe, plan, and assess children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times by following safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
- Contribute ideas and enthusiasm to continuously enhance the children’s experiences.
Qualifications & Experience
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) – essential.
- Previous experience working within an early years setting.
- A warm, positive, and caring approach to working with children.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with families.
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for early years development.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
