We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic leader to Join Para Group.
As the Registered Manager to oversee the services. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the leadership team of Para Group that already has multiple, established Good rated services.
Role Overview:
- Responsible for Managing a 3 Bed Home
- Working in line with the SCIFF
- Responsible for maintaining full occupancy across homes
- Safeguarding Of Young People
- Managing external relationships with professionals
- Achieving positive outcomes for Young People
- Inspiring and leading a team
- Working in accordance with Para Group Values
About you:
- At least 2 years’ experience in the last 5 years working in a managerial role in a children’s residential care setting – ideally at Registered Manager level
- Experience of working with young people with complex behaviours
- Must have Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent
- Must hold or be willing to complete Level 5 in Leadership and Management
- Thorough knowledge of the Children’s Homes Regulation 2015 (Including the Guide to the Quality Standards) Care Standards Act 2000
- Proven track record with Ofsted as a manager
