We are looking for a skilled and reliable Self-Employed Handyman to join our growing property maintenance team in London. We carry out a wide variety of residential and commercial maintenance works and are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
- General property repairs and maintenance
- Furniture assembly
- Hanging TVs, mirrors, curtain poles, blinds, shelves, and pictures
- Basic plumbing repairs (taps, toilets, leaks, silicone replacement)
- Basic electrical work (light fittings, switches, sockets)
- Painting and decorating touch-ups
- Door adjustments, lock replacements, and handle fitting
- Basic carpentry and joinery repairs
- Floor repairs and minor tiling
- Carrying out a variety of odd jobs to a high standard
- Maintaining a professional appearance and providing excellent customer service
Requirements
- Previous handyman or property maintenance experience
- Good all-round practical skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Must speak English
- Good knowledge of London roads and parking restrictions
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
- Own hand tools preferred
- Self-employed status
