We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our vibrant sports centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for instructing gymnasts of various ages and skill levels, fostering a positive environment that encourages physical development, confidence, and teamwork. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging gymnastics training sessions tailored to different age groups and ability levels
- Demonstrate proper techniques and safety procedures during training and routines
- Monitor participants’ progress, providing constructive feedback and encouragement
- Ensure all equipment is used safely and maintained in good condition
- Organise warm-up and cool-down activities to prevent injuries
- Promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere that motivates participants to achieve their personal best
- Maintain accurate attendance records and communicate effectively with parents or guardians when necessary
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sports coaching, preferably within gymnastics or similar disciplines
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire learners of all ages
- Excellent organisational skills to plan effective training sessions
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required
- Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications are desirable but not essential; willingness to undertake training is expected

Pay: £12.00-£16.00 per hour
