Nexus Recruitment have been exclusively instructed by an established managing agent, on an exciting new role within the team. Our client are looking for a Regional Manager (leasehold) to oversee one flagship scheme in southwest London and a small team of PMs. Core responsibilities:
- To provide exceptional Property Management to one of their flagship developments in London.
- To manage a dedicated team of Senior Property Managers and be the point of escalation for internal & external matters.
- Oversee all section 20 major works for the site when required
- Setting and managing complex, large value service charge budgets independently
- Manage leaseholder queries and interpret lease obligations accurately.
- Carry out regular site inspections
- Oversee pre-contract (Sales, LPE etc.) documentation.
This is a rare opportunity for a Regional Manager to have flexible home working and manage their site and team the way they see fit. The following qualifications/experience are required:
- MTPI qualified (essential)
- A full UK driving license and car is essential
- Previous experience managing APMs/PMs/SPMs within block management
- A proven track record with new build sites (leasehold)
- An excellent communicator and able to work collaboratively within a strong team
