Guest Experience Assistant
A leading live events venue in Bristol is looking for friendly and professional Guest Experience Assistants to support the delivery of concerts, shows and sporting events. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
DAY TO DAY
- Welcome and assist guests throughout the venue.
- Scan tickets and direct visitors to seats and facilities.
- Provide clear information about events and venue services.
- Support crowd flow and general event operations.
- Handle queries professionally and escalate when needed.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
