Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our busy team.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody looking to build a long-term career within the property industry.
You will receive hands-on training across both residential sales and lettings, learning all aspects of estate agency whilst working within a fast-paced and professional office environment.
The role will involve a mixture of office-based work, applicant management, property viewings and day-to-day negotiation support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls and property enquiries
- Registering applicants (buyers and tenants) accurately on our CRM system
- Booking and accompanying property viewings
- Speaking with buyers, tenants, landlords and vendors
- Assisting with offers and negotiation support
- Maintaining and updating the database
- Supporting the sales and lettings teams with administration and compliance
- Uploading AML documentation and ensuring procedures are followed
- Following up enquiries and ensuring excellent customer service
- Learning all aspects of estate agency and progressing into a negotiator role
What We’re Looking For
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident speaking on the phone and in person
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Hard-working and proactive
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good IT skills and ability to learn systems quickly
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Previous customer service or office experience is beneficial, but not essential

Salary
£8.50-£12.71 per hour, depending on age and experience.
