We’re looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in our Energy Procurement Division.
This is a high-impact role for someone who knows the energy and utilities market, enjoys building relationships at senior level, and thrives on turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.
You’ll take ownership of the full sales lifecycle - from identifying and developing opportunities through to negotiation, closing and renewal process.

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven B2B sales experience within energy and utilities.
- Strong track record of securing new business and consistently delivering against targets
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders confidently
- Commercially minded with strong proposal and solution development capability
- Highly driven, commercially focused and motivated by delivering results
- Driving new business growth across our Energy Management services
- Building and managing a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Leading the full sales process from discovery through to contract award
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple sectors
- Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM management and pipeline reporting
- Support wider commercial growth strategies across the business
- Over achievement with sales conversion targets and KPI’s
- Ability to handle pressure of targets and deadlines.
