Full-time – 40 hours per week (2 shifts and 2 supernumerary shifts)
A nursing home in the Leeds area is seeking an experienced Nurse Deputy Manager to support the clinical leadership and day-to-day running of a service caring for adults in nursing/dementia.
This opportunity would suit a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager or Nurse Manager looking to progress into a leadership role while continuing to deliver high standards of nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of Registered Nurses and Care Staff
- Ensure residents’ medical, physical, emotional and safeguarding needs are met
- Oversee care planning, clinical assessments and risk management
- Maintain high standards of clinical governance and nursing practice
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
- Support staff supervision, training and development
- Work with the Home Manager to drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN (RGN, RMN or RNLD)
- Minimum 3 years post-registration nursing experience
- Previous experience as a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager or Nurse Manager
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, care planning and best practice
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to motivate and support a multidisciplinary team
