The Role
You will be responsible for delivering a range of high-quality treatments while ensuring every guest receives outstanding service throughout their spa journey. You will work closely with the wider wellness and hospitality team to maintain the highest standards across the spa facilities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional spa treatments including massage, facials and body therapies
- Provide exceptional guest care and personalised treatment recommendations
- Maintain treatment rooms and spa facilities to luxury standards
- Promote spa products and treatments confidently
- Ensure all health & safety and hygiene standards are followed
- Help create a calm, welcoming and memorable guest experience
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist within a hotel, resort or luxury spa environment
- Qualified in Beauty Therapy / Spa Therapy
- Confident delivering a range of treatments
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Package
- Salary of £30,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
