An established London property owner is hiring a Senior Building Surveyor to join their in-house team, supporting a significant pipeline of commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects.
This is a delivery-focused role with a split of c.70% building surveying (fabric, inspections, technical advice) and 30% project work. You’ll be managing 3–4 live projects at a time, with values ranging from £100k to £2m+, as part of a £55m capex programme.
Key requirements:
- Experience across building surveying and project delivery (refurb/fit-out)
- Comfortable managing multiple projects
- Proactive, hands-on approach
- MRICS/AssocRICS (or working towards)
