The Lewis Partnership are looking to recruit a Sous Chef to join our award winning team at The Dog & Doublet, Sandon, ST18 0DJ

- Someone who holds at least a Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene qualification
- Due to the location, candidates must have their own transport
What does the role entail?
- Managing our award winning kitchen in the Head Chef's and Senior Sous Chefs absence, ensuring food standards are maintained, stock control and team performance
- Provide input into our seasonal fresh menus
- Assist the Head Chef in ensuring the kitchen meets all its statutory requirements e.g. Health and Safety and Food Hygiene
- Training staff to meet your high standards and exceed expectations
What can we offer you?
- Salary: £36,270 per annum, (£15.50 per hour)plus an equal share of tips and paid overtime
- Hours: 5 days over 7, 45 hours per week
