Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial settings. This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for both staff and visitors. The Cleaner will work independently ordemonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
Duties
- Carry out general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Dispose of waste materials in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good time management skills, able to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

The roll would be a key holding vacancy so securing the building at the end of the shift would also be required
Saturdays 4.30pm to 7.30pm
Sundays 3.30pm to 6.30pm
These times can be flexible but no earlier start time
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.50 per hour
