Responsibilities
- Perform professional hair colouring, cutting, and styling services tailored to individual client preferences and features
- Provide expert advice on hair care routines and product recommendations
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within the salon environment
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery
- Upsell relevant hair care products and additional treatments to maximise client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Assist with front desk duties, including greeting clients and managing bookings as needed and customer service excellence
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and industry best practices through continuous professional development
Skills
- Proven experience as a colourist and cutting specialist with a strong portfolio of work
