Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage and execute procurement activities within our HR and Recruitment Services category. Based in our London office, you will handle purchasing requests, support project bidding, and conduct market research to optimize our global staffing and vendor network.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage purchase requests specifically for the recruitment services category and execute end-to-end procurement processes.
- Process purchase orders and ensure the efficient handling of sourcing requirements.
- Maintain highly organized procurement data records.
- Support project bidding workflows by coordinating documentation and preparing detailed reports.
- Conduct market research and data analysis across the staffing services, executive search, and background check industries to drive informed commercial decisions.
Requirements (Must Have)
- Experience: At least 3 years or more of relevant professional procurement experience.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software (particularly Excel), enterprise ERP systems, and OA systems.
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical capabilities, independent thinking, and excellent communication skills.
- Attributes: Highly responsible, dependable, honest, and a proactive team player.
Education & Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above is preferred.
- Language: Proficiency in Chinese is preferred (to facilitate collaboration with global teams and vendor networks).
- Experience procuring HR, staffing, or third-party administration (TPA) services.
Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
