Shift Patterns
We’re dedicated to providing the best support possible, so shift patterns usually fall between the hours of 0645-2100 hours. Weekends, public holidays and occasional waking nights are worked on a rotational basis.
Waking nights are paid at your normal hourly rate plus an additional £20 for every waking night worked.
If you don't live in Strichen and are not a driver, we will need you to be mindful of the location of our service and be confident that you can travel for your shifts as there are very limited public transport links available that fit with our shift patterns.
