Summary
Our Simply Install Compliance team ensures all installation projects meet industry regulations, customer expectations, and company standards. You will support projects from initial sale through to completion, working closely with internal teams, installers, and customers. This role offers opportunities across three specialist areas:
Pre-Fit Installation Compliance Coordinator
- Support customer projects up to installation start date
- Product list and plan checking for accuracy
- Keep customers and installers informed throughout
- Assist with project coordination and CRM updates
- Identify and escalate issues from sales/surveys
- Help resolve customer and installer queries
Live & Warranty Installation Compliance Coordinator
- Manage live installations and warranty stages
- Coordinate product orders and deliveries
- Maintain CRM records and project updates
- Resolve issues and ensure smooth project progression
- Confirm orders, dates, and waste processes (HIPPO)
- Prepare completed projects for handover (incl. Day 10 finance checks)
Installation Data Compliance Coordinator
- Maintain accurate CRM and installer database records, ensuring data integrity
- Support compliance through consistent data entry and effective record keeping
- Coordinate with showroom teams to ensure orders are complete and ready for scheduled installations
- Assist with reporting and support cross-functional projects
- Contribute to installation financial close-out, ensuring records are complete and accurate
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner
- Work with third-party contractors to ensure compliance standards are met and maintained throughout the installation process
Skills & Experience
- Bathroom industry experience (required for Pre-Fit role)
- Customer service experience
- Project coordination or administration experience (preferred)
- CRM system knowledge
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using spreadsheets (e.g. Google Sheets)
Experience (Preferred)
- CRM software: 1+ year
- Administration: 1+ year
- Project/Management experience: 2+ years
- Bathroom industry: 2+ years (Pre-Fit role only)
