Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will specialize in preparing high-quality breakfast while maintaining consistency, speed, and food safety standards. This role requires early morning availability and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook breakfast menu items eggs, breakfast meats, pastries,

Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies

Ensure food presentation meets company standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen

Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Assist in menu development and daily specials when required

Properly store and label food items
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef, Line Cook, or similar role

Knowledge of breakfast and brunch cooking techniques

Ability to work early morning shifts (5:00 AM start)

Strong multitasking and time management skills

Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP knowledge preferred)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented with good communication skills

Culinary certification or relevant training (preferred but not mandatory)
