Duties
The Senior Hair Stylist is responsible for the profitable, productive and smooth operation of the Salon by increasing revenue, profit, client satisfaction, client retention and more, while nurturing a supportive and professional environment for the team. This will include producing rotas, stock management, setting and achieving targets and more.
Also, as an experienced Stylist, we are not here to tell you what to do. We are here to support you, and to provide you with all the tools you need to be the best you can be. With centralised Client Management, the best products available, on-site trainers, on-site management, and baristas looking after you and your Clients, there is nowhere better that Allertons to continue your career.
