The role involves working in the community to support people in their own homes. Tasks will include:

The successful candidate will be flexible, have strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work to deadlines.
Holding a full UK Diving license and having access to your own vehicle is preferred but some cyclist roles maybe available.
Previous experience in health and social care is desired but full training is provided.
