The Role
You’ll be responsible for generating and winning brand new business across:
- Manufacturing
- Food & beverage production
- Distribution & warehousing
- Recycling & aggregates
Operating within a defined local territory, you’ll:
- Identify and target high-potential industrial companies
- Proactively prospect via calls, email, LinkedIn and site visits
- Secure meetings with decision-makers (operations, procurement, engineering)
- Deliver tailored proposals focused on cost, service and reliability
- Convert opportunities into profitable, long-term accounts
What We’re Looking For
You’ll likely be:
- A proven B2B salesperson with a strong track record in new business
- Comfortable with high levels of outbound activity
- Confident speaking to senior stakeholders
- Relentless, resilient and self-motivated
Most importantly:
- You enjoy the chase
- You don’t rely on inbound leads
- You measure success by wins, not effort
Experience in industrial supplies, MRO or technical sales is advantageous — but mindset, behaviour & performance matters more.
