25 - 35 hours per week. Open Wednesday to Sunday, 11am to 5pm. Various start and finish times, depending on trade.
The successful candidates for this position will have previous experience interacting with customers, making excellent coffee ideally with barista training and handling cash. FoH staff at our company enjoy a flexible work schedule, some tips and an opportunity to learn about the industry. FoH team members are responsible for greeting customers, making coffee as well as other hot drinks, and handling cash and payment transactions. They will also be required to heat and plate certain foods. Other duties include running food, washing up, cleaning and clearing plates, plus any other jobs as required.

We require staff in this job to be flexible. Our operation is weather-dependent so can be quite quiet when the weather is poor. There may be days when you will be sent home early, or not required. We do our absolute best to minimise these, and schedule the roster accordingly but there may be times we get it wrong. Your contract will state a MINIMUM number of hours you will be given per week. We will then pay you for any additional work you do at the same hourly rate.
Pay is dependent on experience and job role only. Similar experience/roles will be paid at similar rates, regardless of age.
Please note this is a seasonal job role initially running to the end of August 2026.
