Minibar Attendant / Goods Receiver

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Minibar Attendant / Goods Receiver to join our team at a luxury property in the heart of London. This role combines minibar operations with goods receiving responsibilities, ensuring excellent guest service standards and efficient stock management.
Key ResponsibilitiesMinibar Operations
- Inspect guest rooms and apartments daily to check minibar consumption.
- Accurately record all consumed items for billing purposes.
- Replenish minibar stock according to company standards.
- Ensure minibars are clean, organised, and fully stocked at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues, damaged items, or stock discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
Goods Receiving
- Receive and inspect deliveries from suppliers.
- Verify quantities and quality of goods against delivery notes and purchase orders.
- Record and report any discrepancies, damages, or missing items.
- Organise and store deliveries in designated storage areas.
- Ensure stock is rotated and stored according to company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised receiving area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, minibar operations, stock control, or goods receiving is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Physically able to lift and move stock deliveries when required.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules.
