We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable individuals to become part of our Home Care team. Whether you already have experience or are completely new to care, we’ll give you all the training, support, and guidance you need to succeed.
What You’ll Receive:
- £13.45 per hour on weekdays
- £14.00 per hour on weekends
- Block pay covering your full shift (minus a one-hour unpaid break)
- 45p per mile mileage, paid from your first call to your last
- Paid travel time, including any delays or cancellations

Your Responsibilities:
- Delivering person-centred care within individuals’ homes
- Supporting with personal care, meals, medication, and mobility
- Encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing
- Following safeguarding procedures and reporting concerns
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and professionals
We’re Looking For People Who:
- Are caring, dependable, and passionate about helping others
- Communicate well and work effectively both independently and within a team
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
- Can work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Have care experience or are keen to start a career in care (full training provided)
Pay: £13.45-£14.00 per hour
